Tamaki coasted down the street of his neighborhood. He wasn't much of a skater, but he had mastered the basics long ago when he was a kid and had kept up the hobby without really bothering to improve. He wasn't really into doing tricks and stuff, he just liked the speed and sense of freedom as he flew by the houses that lined the street.
It was mid afternoon, and Tamaki was just fooling around without any real purpose. He didn't really have any friends to hang with outside of school, and sure as hell wasn't going to waste the nice day sitting inside and watching tv.
Randomly, Tamaki ended up in front of a particularly familiar house not far from his own. He hadn't intentionally gone there, but all the same he found himself coming to a stop. He kicked up his skate board and held it under his arm, gazing at the house from a spot on the side walk under a small tree. He used to be friends with the girl that had lived there, but she moved away ages ago. She was probably the only real friend Tamaki ever had, and he couldn't even remember her name... How pathetic.
Tamaki scowled and sat down on the small patch of grass beneath the tree, facing the road. With his board resting across his legs, he watched as people passed by, some on bikes other in cars, a few just walking with their children. What a boring summer. Tamaki couldn't believe he had wasted the entire holiday doing absolutely nothing out of the ordinary. Shoulders slumped, he placed his pointed chin in his hand and sighed at his own patheticness.
